"Work well, Live Well" Introducing 4/8/40!
Introducing a new scheduling initiative this August designed to enhance the well-being of its deputies while benefiting the community. This initiative, called “4/8/40, Work Well Live Well,” involves deputies working four, eight-hour policing days with compensation for 40 hours each week. Additionally, deputies will be compensated for time spent on physical, mental and emotional well-being.
