Deputy Jeremy Apodaca has 19.5 years of experience in Law Enforcement. He began his career in 2006 with the Santa Fe Police Department and moved to the Española Police Department in 2008. He became a part of the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office in 2022. During his time at the Española Police Department, he worked his way through the Ranks of Patrol Officer, K-9 Handler, Public Information Officer, Sergeant, and ultimately Administrative Lieutenant at which time he successfully completed Police Executive Training. Deputy Apodaca has worked the Patrol, and District Court Divisions with the Sheriff’s Office. He is a Firearms, Use of Force, Administrative Investigations, and General Instructor. He is also a Background Investigator and is assigned to the Community Support Services/Training and Recruiting Division.
